Anchor Style #111

A low-tack stencil designed specifically for easy hand cutting, which means less wear and tear on instruments. Panels can be easily and accurately replaced. White release liner is easily re-moved.
Available in 10 1/2", 12 3/4", 14 1/2", 18 3/4", 25" and 30" widths.

Anchor Style #112

A low-tack convertible stencil designed for machine or hand cutting without having to reserve the liner. Controlled release capable due to extra-heavy red liner.

Anchor Style #116

A high-tack, single back, computer stencil formulated to adhere to brick, raw wood surfaces and urethane foam board without using filler. Features trimmed edges and a clear, strong film liner that offers easy alignment and smooth, precise running on computerized sign-making machines.

NOTE: This stencil has a very aggressive adhesive system and is not recommended for use on soft woods without first testing a sample piece.

Anchor Style #117

A medium-tack version of #116 designed for use with computerized cutting machines, specifically made for use on pretreated and pre-painted surfaces. Can be used safely on glass, tile, sign foam and synthetic stone. A strong, clear film provides extra rigidity.

Anchor Style #120

A multi-prupose, medium-tack, dark blue liner stencil designed for shape and depth carving in glass, pretreated and pre-painted soft woods, tile, pretreated foam board or Plexiglass. This stencil is very easy to hand-cut. Fillers not normally required which simplifies application and cleanup.

Available in 20" width.

Anchor Style #123

Designed for machine or hand cutting. Has a 1mm clear polyester liner between outside blue liner and rubber stencil which eliminates taping during panel transfer to stone, yet allows easy blast-through.

Available in 10 1/2", 12 3/4", 14 1/2", 18 3/4", 21, 25" and 30" widths.

Anchor Style #124

Same as #123 with a blue liner. The computer holes are punched through the liner and rubber.

Available in 15" and 30" widths x 10 yards.

Anchor Style #125

A highack stencil designed for sandblasting raw wood and urethane foam board. Has an easy-release orange liner. The strength of the adhesive eliminates the need for filler or adhesives, saving you time and money. NOTE: Do not use on pre-painted sign or glass.

Anchor Style #128

This 18mm hand cut stencil is deisgned for glass etching, light stone, tile and acrylic etching. The paper liner is easily removable. This stencil conforms nicely to irregular and curved surfaces and has a great blast resistance and leaves no residue when pulled off.

Anchor Style #129

Designed for use on most computer cutters, this product has a clear, 3mm polyester outer film liner. A sheet of 1mm middle liner polyester film between the outside liner and rubber stencil holds the centers in place while transferring stencil from computer to granite.

Anchor Style #130

The computer cut version of the popular style #128. This 18mm thick stencil can be ran through tractor-feed or friction cutters and used on glass, tile, light stone and acrylic etching. Has a petroleum-based adhesive system and can be run on computerized cutters that have a 1/2" on center style sprockets.

Anchor Style #153

Designed for use on friction-feed cutter, which means that two wheels clamp down on the stencil and pull it through the computer while cutting letters and designs.  This type of computer has no sprockets, so holes are not needed. Stencil can be used on pretreated and pre-painted wood, thile, acrylics and urethane foam board. No filler required, saving you time and money.

Available in: 19 7/8" and 24" widths.

 

Anchor Style #154

Same construction as #124 computer stencil. Holes are IBM configuration (1/2" spacing) and should be compatible with any computerized cutting machine with matching sprockets.

Available in: 12 3/4", 15", 18", 25" and 30" widths.

The 25" and 30" widths are also available in 20 yard length rolls.

 

Anchor Style #155

Same design as Syle #153, except this stencil's adhesive is water-based rather than petroleum-based, making the adhesion level much higher. The rubber is trimmed back 1/2" along each edge so the wheels can clamp down on the 5mm polyester film liner and carry the stencil through the computer.

Recommended for sandblasting brick and unfiinshed wood.

Available in 19 7/8" and 24" widths.

 

Anchor Style #156

Same as Style #116, except the hold pattern is for a 1/2" spaced sprockets computer cutter. NOTE: This stencil has a very aggressive adhesive system and is not for use on soft woods, pre-painted, pretreated or glass surfaces.

3M Style #520, #520S, #520T

Ideal for hand and die-cutting, this stencil features a gray rubber adhesive with an easy-release clear film liner than can be reversed for die-cutting. This medium-tack adhesive is roughly 25% more aggressive than the #510 family.

3M Style #520ETL and #520HLR

Same as style #520, but designed specifically for Gerber Computer Plotters. Additionally, the ETL contains an Extra Thick 4mm Liner that offers added security for and rigidity against plotter cut-through, making it ideal for protecting granite, marble or wood during sandblasting. The HLR contains a 2mm liner that saves money on the product while still offering a high quality controlled release liner, particularly for non-lifting computer cutting.

3M Style #523T

This double liner stencil is designed for IBM Computer Plotters. It has the liner extended 1.25" beyond the rubber on both edges which helsp emliminate problems associated with plotter jams. This stencil contains no holes.

A newly developed medium/hightack, mulitpurpose stencil. This stencil is excellent when used on stones, bricks, soft woods and carvings on glass; additionally, it provides outstanding small letter quality at a greater adhesion.

3M Filler #2

Light beige rubber based coatings used to fill low areas and helps increase the adhesion of 3M Sandblast Stencils to stone monument surfaces during the sandblasting process. Typically used on smooth or polished surfaces.

Available in gallons or quarts.

 

3M Filler #3

A light beige  coating of Sandblast Filler 3 can be used on axed or frosted stone surfaces when increased adhesion of 3M Sandblast Stencils is desired.
